Your tasks:

• Centre of gravity for IT support & troubleshooting in day-to-day work
• Setting up, operating & optimising modern IT workstations
• Managing users, roles & access rights (e.g. Active Directory)
• Ensuring stable IT systems, networks & security standards
• Active participation in IT projects and technical rollouts

Your profile:

• Completed secondary school education with a focus on IT
• High IT affinity and a passion for IT processes
• Service-oriented and analytical thinking skills
• Team and communication skills
