Your chance:

• Main responsibility for the design and handling of taster days
• Implementation of career orientation and contact person for potential apprentices
• Technical training of apprentices in the mechanical field
• Holding of specialized training courses for apprentices
• Promotion and support of apprentices in their development
• Creation of social media content for the apprentice area (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaboration with internal technical departments and educational institutions

Your profile:

• Completed technical training
• Apprentice trainer examination and/or professional experience in apprentice training an advantage
• Enjoy working with young people and passing on knowledge
• Communicative personality who enjoys presenting
• Creativity and enthusiasm for social media
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and empathy

• Minimum salary EUR 2,700.00 gross per month for full-time, overtime will be compensated additionally, overpayment depending on qualification and experience
