• Enjoy interacting with guests and working as part of a team
• A friendly, well-groomed and professional manner
• A reliable and independent approach to work
• A strong focus on service and quality
• Flexibility and a willingness to work evenings, at weekends and on public holidays
• Experience in the catering industry would be an advantage
