Your tasks:

• Support of the existing ERP system including the adjacent system landscape
• Management and coordination of ERP projects, such as process optimization, adaptations, new developments, system tests and rollouts
• Advising the specialist departments
• Analysis and rectification of errors, as well as user support
• Carrying out user training and creating technical documentation
• Close cooperation with specialist departments to optimize internal ERP processes
• Communication and coordination with internal and external contacts

Your profile:

• Completed secondary school education with focus on IT/EDP or comparable professional experience
• Service-oriented and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of ERP system administration is an advantage
• Knowledge of programming and SQL an advantage
