Customer Success Manager (m/f/x)
Your tasks:
- You will accompany and manage customer projects from conception to successful implementation.
- You will build and maintain strong, sustainable customer relationships.
- You proactively identify customer concerns and find suitable, solution-orientated approaches.
- You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively.
- You support our customers by phone and on site.
- You will present CORE smartwork's range of services at customer meetings and events.
Your profile:
- Experience in project management and customer service
- Excellent communication skills and high customer orientation
- Ability to analyse complex challenges and develop creative solutions
- IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital products
- Ability to work in a team and experience in cross-departmental collaboration

- Minimum remuneration EUR 2,900.00 gross per month for full-time, overtime will be compensated additionally, overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
