Your opportunity:

  • Administrative and organizational support of the purchasing department
  • Organization of meetings and appointments
  • Responsible for correspondence, correspondence and various meeting protocols
  • Support in the processing of purchasing (quotation system, order processing, complaints management, ...)
  • Responsibility for maintenance and filing of data (delivery bills, supplier creation, ...)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (especially English)
  • Team-oriented personality with independent and reliable way of working
  • Organizational talent
  • Professional experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility would be an advantage
