Your responsibilities:

• Providing active support to our international customers
• Organising service visits (inspections, maintenance, fault rectification and system optimisation)
• Drawing up client-specific recommendations for spare parts stock
• Handling warranty claims
• Collaborating on system optimisation

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, preferably in mechatronics
• Relevant professional experience in the service sector
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel approx. 20 per cent of the time

• A minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3,396.21 on a full-time basis in accordance with the collective agreement.
