A robust connection interface facilitates the free design of customer-specific clamping fixtures. The widest range of clamping fixtures can be fitted variably for minimum retooling costs. Optionally, very large or several small castings may be decored as required.
Two extremely powerful eccentric shafts generate torsional oscillation that sets the casting in motion. Enormous acceleration forces pulverize the crushed sand core inside the casting and transport it out of the cast part.
Acceleration levels of over 170 m/sec² with a 400 kg payload guarantee minimum cycle times and the highest levels of cost-effectiveness.
The Fill twistmaster 400 can be operated as a standalone machine with hammers or in combination with several machines and a separate hammering station.
