Requirements and operation:
Mandatory fields have deliberately been omitted from the service notification. However, in order to ensure optimum support, please fill in all the fields under selection "To be completed by customers".
To make data entry easier for you, buttons have been added for selecting product groups, which allow defined entries. Please note that if the product group is changed after it has been entered, then the information is lost irretrievably. As many defective components as necessary may be entered in the form using the "Add component" button.
Photos can be inserted using "Search". In order to reduce the storage space required, the photos must be scaled to a width of 800 pixels before insertion. You can click on the photo to remove it from the form.
You first need to download the form before you can send it. If you press:
in the service notification, the form is stored in "Service.html" in the default folder for downloads on your device. This process varies depending on the browser and device type used. If you do not know which folder is used by default for downloads, watch your device carefully during this process, because a window showing the path to the document storage location is displayed in most cases during the download. The document cannot be downloaded using browser function "File->Save" or "File->Save as".
When the download has finished, you can attach the document in your default mail program and return it to the respective sender or to email@example.com by pressing:
